Return Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
All refunds go to the original credit card. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.
Instructions on how to return items:
- Please contact us directly to receive return instructions.
- Print the return slip and the shipping label
- Include the return slip inside of the box and affix the shipping label to the box
- Ship package to us using the designated shipping method provided to you in Step 1.
Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Extended Holiday Returns Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
If you’re ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we’ll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us directly.
Shipping Information
Delivery time depends on location- our products ship from PA, USA. Orders will usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Domestic Shipments
BaeSciences uses USPS 1st Class for all orders under 13 ounces. Anything over 13 ounces, BaeSciences uses Priority Mail from the USPS. Tracking information, for both types, will be sent via email.
